2. Accuracy of Site Information & Sizing Notice

We endeavor to present accurate product descriptions, foot length conversion charts (EU/US/UK/AU/CM), arch support contours, and pricing. Customers are strongly encouraged to measure their foot length from heel to longest toe before selecting their size. Zura Step reserves the right to correct any inadvertent inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

3. Podiatric & Non-Medical Disclaimer

Non-Medical Comfort Notice: Zura Step orthopedic walking shoes and supportive insoles are engineered for everyday walking comfort, pressure redistribution, and general arch support; they are non-prescription comfort products and do not constitute clinical custom orthotics or certified medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, cure, or treat severe diabetic ulcers, structural bone deformities, or acute podiatric trauma. Zura Step is not liable for foot discomfort resulting from incorrect size selection or underlying medical conditions requiring clinical orthopedic treatment.
